Target Conferences is the official travel agent for the Congress, and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation and Congress tours.
Hotel space has been blocked by Target Conferences, on a bed and breakfast basis, as follows:

In addition to the rooms at the Dan Panorama hotel, Target Conferences is also holding rooms at the David Intercontinental, situated next door to the Dan Panorama.
Rates are per room per night and include full Israeli buffet style breakfast as well as service charge.
PAYMENT
In order to book your accommodation, and in order to benefit from the special rates, please complete and return the enclosed Accommodation Form with a deposit of US$150 per room to Target Conferences. The balance is payable (less deposit) to the hotel upon your arrival at the Hospitality Desk with a 3% surcharge. If full payment is made together with reservation (or at least one month prior to arrival) there will be no surcharge.
Payment for Pre- and Post-Congress tours should be made together with your hotel reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
- Target Conferences does not arrange sharing accommodation.
- All tours are booked and all tour arrangements are made on the express condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person and his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever.
- Official check-in time to hotels is 14:00 hours and check-out at noon
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Up to 45 days prior to arrival – full refund less bank charges
Up to 15 days prior to arrival – cancellation charge of US$50 per room
Less than 15 days prior to arrival – no refund on deposit
CANCELLATION OF TOURS
Full refund up to 15 days prior to arrival, thereafter no refund.

Taxis are readily available from the airport and fares are regulated.

Full day tour of Jerusalem – Old and New City. Spend the morning exploring the Old City with its four quarters, colorful bazaar and holy sites. After lunch visit the Shrine of the Book to see the Dead Sea Scrolls and Model of the 2nd Temple.
Drive to Tel Aviv for drop off at official conference hotel.
